Inside The Design Room, we’ll walk you through exactly what happens when you choose our Signature Design Package — from idea to layout to a design you can take straight to a builder or engineer.
Whether you’re still exploring or ready to move forward, this is your space to learn how it all works.
It starts with your space, your style, and your goals.
You’ll complete our Dream Design Questionnaire and submit site photos, videos, surveys, and inspiration. We want to see what you see — so we can design something that feels like home.
You’ll upload:
- Photos & walkthrough videos of your backyard
- Your property survey or plot plan
- Any ideas, inspiration, or must-haves
This isn’t a template. This is custom, human-led design.
You’ll be scheduled for a 1-on-1 virtual design session where we’ll walk through your property, discuss layout options, features, style preferences, and usage goals.
You’ll collaborate with a real designer who knows how to bring form and function together.
Within 48 hours of your design session, you'll receive:
- A fully customized 2D layout plan
- Photorealistic 3D renderings of your new space
- A cinematic video walkthrough
- A build-ready plan set that you can take to any engineer or builder
This design is yours to use however you’d like — whether that’s to price it out, submit for bids, or move into a DIY path later.
You’ll receive two rounds of design revisions to refine the layout, features, or materials. We’ll make sure it’s just right before finalizing.
- If you're working with a builder, you can hand them the plans and get bids.
- If you're going the DIY route, you can upgrade to the full DIY Project Playbook, and apply your design payment toward the package.
- If you're not quite ready to build, you still walk away with a vision you can bring to life anytime.
